We stop in our journey across country to offer tobacco and ashes in a shard of Navajo pottery at the place where our son Julian left his body after a car accident 31 years ago. His two feet met that ground where our two feet will walk today. Your message affirms the power of recognizing this place this history this present moment in our walk to the future.
