She told me when I joined 12 step recovery, she was going to ‘love me until I could learn to love myself.’ I had no idea that’s what I needed to learn to do! Today, that’s what I tell the sponsees I get the privilege of sponsoring, I’m going to love you until you can learn to love yourself ❤️
